From Windhoek Side:
Take the B1 from Okahandja towards Otjiwarongo, about 64km before Otjiwarongo you will find the "Mount Etjo Safari Lodge" signboard, the turn off is to the left onto the road D2483. Follow the gravel road for 40km and you will find a large Mount Etjo Safari Lodge board on the right hand side, the gate is to your right.

From Kalkfeld:
the C333 runs from Otjiwarongo to Omaruru. Kalkfeld is situated 80 km from Otjiwarongo. In Kalkfeld turn left and follow the only road that leads over the railroad. Take the first right turn and follow the road until you come to a T junction, turn right and continue on that road (D2414) for approximately 14km. You will find a large Mount Etjo Safari Lodge signboard on your left. Turn left and continue with the gravel road (D2483) for another 15km until you reach another large Mount Etjo Safari Lodge board on your left, the gate is directly at the large board.

Please note that during the rainy season the road from the B1 is usually not in a very good condition. Contact the Lodge on your day of arrival for the conditions of the roads and which would be the best route to reach us.
